Premium 1-on-1 Programming and Coaching
It starts with a comprehensive intake form to gather some information that we can use to create an immediate plan of action based on your individual goals.
You then speak with Dr. B for a 60-minute assessment where we will evaluate everything from your daily routine, your schedule, your stressors, your goals, etc. Then Dr. B will design a specific program for you based on all pertinent information. This process continues with weekly phone calls, emails, text messages, ensuring you have the support you need to ensure compliance and success.
Make no mistake, you have to do the work to see the results and you will have the support, education and guidance along the way.
What you get:
- 60 minute assessment to review your intake form and design your programming
- Periodization in your programming – updates on regular intervals to ensure full long-term optimization in your health and performance.
- Review of video submissions for feedback on form to ensure you are training safely and effectively
- 25 minute weekly check in call and weekly check in form submission
- Unlimited support via text/email
